I don't know where to begin. Been with Sprint since they were LA Cellular back in the mid 90's. Haven't had too many issues with them UNTIL NOW.

Got the Iphone 5 (my first Apple anything). Since the first of the year, the calls started dropping or I should say failing. Could NOT get on the Internet even on my WIFI at home and have no issues before. Bottom line is that the cell phone is being used as a paper weight.

Spoke to a CS rep had a ticket just about every day for the past 2 weeks. They have NO clue what's going on. Went to Apple got a new iphone 5 and guess what, same problems, same issues.

Now, my phone is my livelihood. I speak to my clients on my phone, need to take photos and upload, etc. I have an ebay business among doing other things.

Bottom line, it's wasn't the phone it's the carrier SPRINT! They said it's the upgrade and I asked them when will the towers be upgraded to LTE and the CS person told me that it will be by mid to the end of the year. MEANING 2013. This year just started!!! They can troubleshoot all they want, but nothing is working.

I decided to go to another carrier, but they said that my contract will be canceled therefore, I need to pay $350.00. NO WAY!!! They are not living up to their end of the bargain. I told them I refuse to pay and they say that they will forego the $350.00 but I have to return the device. I told them I paid for it when I was allowed to get an upgrade. I paid $250.00 including taxes, therefore I own it. I have the receipt! They then said well, it would have cost over $500 because you got a rebat, but YOU MUST return the phone.

Either way, I'm screwed and they want to take money from me when they aren't defaulting on their own contract. I'm paying for unlimited Internet access (can't get on), Voicemail (which is very sporadic), phone calls (which fail). can you say "class action"???
