  • Store employees VERY rude after 13 years as a customer with them insane



    Greeted by a nice guy didn't not know much about the phones A female soon came over w/a funny look on her face asking me what we needed? I said I am here to upgrade our current phones She looked at the other guy & asked if he even verified who I was and if I even had an upgrade if not might be waste of time!? WOW She told me I had no upgrades I showed her my email I got she handed me a Sprint card told me to step out side the door & call *2 & discuss this with a person there she cant do anything for me.   • Lousy customer service



    I am had a hard time expressing to Sprint mobile about my wireless internet card I received in January 2014. The card was defective, I had tried to return it to replace it and the store I got it from won't take it back or replaced it within the 14 days I got it. This NetGear 341U USB Modem keeps receiving the following message "Lost connection to device. Your device may be restarting or powered off.%u201D I getting poor connectivity.   • Read you bill change contract



    To Whom It May Concern, My name is Carlos Alvarez an I have an account with Sprint. On my last bill for April 2014/May2014 Sprint sent notice of change on my original agreement without my consent. Sprint will now charge .25 cent per landline text message. I spoke with several representatives of sprint and they have no intention of reversing the charges. When I signed my original contract this additional charge was not part of my agreement.   • Terrible Customer Service-do not join



    For over one month my cell phone number 3387 has not been able to successfully place voice calls to 3389. To our knowledge no one else is having trouble placing voice calls to 3389. The 3387 number is in Michigan and 3389 is in Virginia. It does not matter which region of Michigan I am in I still cannot successfully place a call to 3389, however I can FaceTime and text message without any issue.   • Sprint Taking consumers to the cleaners



    I don't know where to begin. Been with Sprint since they were LA Cellular back in the mid 90's. Haven't had too many issues with them UNTIL NOW. Got the Iphone 5 (my first Apple anything). Since the first of the year, the calls started dropping or I should say failing. Could NOT get on the Internet even on my WIFI at home and have no issues before. Bottom line is that the cell phone is being used as a paper weight. Spoke to a CS rep had a ticket just about every day for the past 2 weeks. They have NO clue what's going on.
